The pool at the bottom was refreshing to cool off after the walk. Our lunch back at the main complex was delicious. Afterwards we were taught about the coffee plants, how they are planted and harvested, and then helped to prepare and roast the beans. We each got to try some of the coffee we helped make and, despite not being a coffee drinker, I quite liked it.
